On November 27th,2005 Yousef Jaber was involved in a fatal accident causing the death of my daughter Sarah McCarthy. Mr Jaber who was a cab driver at the time he hit Sarah with his Taxi Cab and dragged her 1.4 km onto the 417 from a parking lot in Centrum in Kanata.
